黑膠 LP 壓製。The LongShot 是由 Green Day 的 Billie Joe Armstrong 主導、帶有龐克色彩的 power pop 側 project，成員包括 Green Day 巡演結他手 Jeff Matika 擔任低音結他、Kevin Preston 擔任結他，以及 David S. Field 擔任鼓手，於 2018 年 2 月首次登場，隨後在 4 月初突然發行了一張三曲 EP。樂隊隨即在 4 月以數碼形式推出趣味盎然、自由奔放的完整專輯《Love Is for Losers》，如今首度在此推出黑膠版本。擺脫了他本職工作帶來的巨大期望，《Love Is for Losers》以及〈Taxi Drive〉、〈Love Is for Losers〉和〈Chasing a Ghost〉等曲目，展現 Armstrong 與隊友演奏直截了當、受流行音樂啟發的搖滾，當中經典搖滾與鄉村音樂的影響與龐克同樣鮮明。

Picked this up on a whim and it's been spinning nonstop. The LongShot's Love Is for Losers is a fun, loose side-project from Billie Joe Armstrong and company, and the punk-inflected power pop here really works. Tracks like "Taxi Drive" and "Chasing a Ghost" mix classic rock and country touches with straightforward rock energy. It feels unpretentious and catchy, a nice change of pace from bigger productions. The vinyl pressing sounds clean and warm. Good for fans of Green Day looking for something scrappier and more relaxed.
