Szczegóły produktu
VIRGIN 180G. WINYL – EDYCJA GATEFOLD. Ten zestaw prezentuje niektóre z największych przebojów Niny Simone. Wśród nich ponadczasowe „I Loves You Porgy”, które w 1959 roku zajęło #2 miejsce w Wielkiej Brytanii i #18 w USA, „Nobody Know You When You're Down and Out” (#23 w Wielkiej Brytanii; #93 w USA w 1960 roku) oraz „Trouble in Mind” (#11 w Wielkiej Brytanii; #92 w USA w 1961 roku). „My Baby Just Cares for Me” nie było hitem w momencie nagrania, ale gdy reżyser Ridley Scott wykorzystał nagranie Niny tego utworu w reklamie Chanel z 1987 roku z aktorką Carole Bouquet, stało się jednym z największych hitów Simone prawie 19 lat po jej poprzednim miejscu na liście przebojów. W 1987 roku dotarło do 5. miejsca na UK Singles Chart.
