レコードLP盤。2016年リリース、ポストハードコアバンドの4枚目のアルバム。Misadventuresは、2012年のアルバムCollide With The Sky以来待望の続編です。2006年に結成されたこのバンドは、グループBefore Todayの解散後にVicとMike Fuentes兄弟によって設立されました。バンドの他のメンバーには、Jaime Preciado（ベース）とTony Perry（リードギター）がいます。Pierce the Veilは頻繁にツアーを行い、2007年のデビューアルバムA Flair for the Dramaticのリリース以来、巨大なファンベースを築き上げてきました。「Texas Is Forever」、「Phantom Power And Ludicrous Speed」、「Dive In」、「The Divine Zero」などを収録。

Misadventures finally arrived on vinyl and it sounds great. As a long-time Pierce the Veil fan, this fourth album was worth the wait after Collide With The Sky. The pressing captures the energy of tracks like Texas Is Forever and The Divine Zero really well, with Vic's vocals coming through clearly. The gatefold looks sharp too. It's a solid pickup for anyone into post-hardcore, though if you're new to the band you might start with their earlier work first. Happy with this one.
